Stephen Long began his extraordinary real estate career in 2005. His servant heart was the perfect complement to his initial role as a buyer’s agent. He and his business partner sister, were raised in the Winston Salem area and helped launch one of the regions largest and most productive real estate firms. With hundreds of transactions tracked to the siblings, they enhanced their positive impact on others by founding a real estate school (Crew Academy of Real Estate - CARE), a contract-to-close service (Business Administrative Services and
Education - BASE), a Property Management company (sold in 2019), and they are building on this tremendous success
as real estate coaches where they will be responsible for growing the careers of the next generation of brokers and industry leaders. Stephen has exponentially grown his knowledge as a Broker in Charge leading over 250 agents, and he has served within the REALTOR associations as President of the WSRAR, NC Regional VP, State Director, and various committees including a founding member of his state and local YPN networks.
Stephen’s elite leadership skills were forged early as he achieved the designation of Eagle Scout, a position just 4% of Scouts reach. Stephen is a proud husband and father, avid fisherman, and a fervent entrepreneur.

Kristen has a hunger for helping others achieve their dreams and business goals, and she epitomizes the core
competencies that mirrors the most successful agents in the industry. Since her start in 2002, she has helped others reach their potential through agent coaching and leading successful teams. In addition, she has held many respectful positions including Broker in Charge, and a coveted position on the Boards of Directors for her local association. Her success as a small business owner, real estate investor, and team leader, har garnered the attention of the industry. Recognizing her proven business development abilities, she was invited to serve as a founding member and coach to the CRES Designation Course and it's members. Kristen attacks her personal life just as she does her professional life and, because of her resolve, is proud to declare she is a five+ year cancer survivor. Kristen has a grown son and, when not helping other agents achieve greatness, she loves to travel, and explore the world... especially Belize
